Lemon Cypress

Lemon Cypress, aka Cupressus Macrocarpa Goldcrest, Lemon Cedar, or Monterey Cypress, is a vibrant evergreen conifer with a distinctive lemon scent when its foliage is brushed. This small tree is native to California and is particularly noted for its bright golden-green foliage. The Lemon Cypress is shaped like a narrow column, which makes it an excellent choice for areas with limited space. It's popular both as an outdoor ornamental tree and as a potted houseplant. During the holiday season, it is often used as a miniature Christmas tree due to its conical shape and festive colour.
