Philodendron Calkins Gold

Philodendron 'Caulkins Gold' is excellent for beginners who want to start exploring the world of hard-to-find, rare plants. It boasts beautiful bright green and yellow mottled leaves, enjoys being in lower light conditions than other house plants and benefits from a mossy pole to climb. It is sometimes confused with another wonderful Philodendron. The distinguishing features between 'Painted Lady' and 'Calkins Gold' is that the latter lacks any red coloration to the petiole, the spacing between each leaf is more compact and the leaves are more upright.
