Shrimp Plant
Shrimp Plant, aka Justicia brandegeeana, also known as the Mexican shrimp plant, or false hop, earned its well deserved name from its normally arching, bronze-coppery flowerheads features a shrimp-colored flower bract (extra leaf) that hangs from the stem tips. It can display masses of blooms all year and requires little care other than occasional trimming.
